Payment plans are available for those who do not qualify or choose not to qualify for the Sliding Fee Scale Program. Payment plans are designed to meet each individual’s income requirements – ask for more information!

ECC has a Sliding Fee Scale Program. You may be eligible for the program based on family size and income. Please contact ECC for more information or to receive an application for the program. A Sliding Fee Scale Program Application is available for you to print and complete. Please remember to submit all required documentation in order to determine your eligibility.

Patients who qualify for the Sliding Fee Scale Program may also qualify for assistance with their medications. Please ask for more information.
